📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems in the palm oil plantation.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues to ensure the smooth operation of the plant.
• Monitor and maintain electrical equipment and machinery, including transformers, generators, and switchgear.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations related to electrical systems.
• Collaborate with the electrical team to implement improvements and upgrades to electrical systems.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Document electrical work and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and equipment commonly used in palm oil plantations.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations related to electrical systems.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment, including outdoor conditions.
• Valid electrical certification or license (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
