📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Team Leader in planning, organizing, and coordinating team activities.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.,Delegate tasks and ensure that team members understand their responsibilities.,Maintain accurate records of team activities and performance metrics.,Support the Team Leader in resolving conflicts and maintaining a positive team environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of team training programs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.,Provide administrative support to the Team Leader as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of driving team performance and productivity.
