📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Assist in the creation of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement and development.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to trainers.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the planning and execution of training events and workshops.,Provide support to the Training and Development Manager in achieving departmental objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or maritime environment.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Certification in training and development or related fields is a plus.
