📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients, including but not limited to prenatal care, postnatal care, family planning, and general health check-ups.,Conduct physical examinations, take vital signs, and perform necessary medical tests to assess patients' health status.,Administer vaccinations and provide health education to patients and their families.,Monitor and manage chronic diseases, such as diabetes and hypertension.,Assist in delivering babies and provide postnatal care to mothers and newborns.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic and the delivery of quality healthcare services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical charts.,Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest healthcare practices and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery from a recognized institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bidan in a healthcare facility.,Valid and up-to-date professional license and certification as a Bidan.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Compassionate and patient-oriented approach to healthcare services.,Proficient in using medical software and equipment.
