📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Department Head in managing and leading the department team.,Coordinate and supervise day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve targets.,Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support for professional growth.,Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely completion and success.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of departmental activities and performance metrics.,Represent the department in meetings and interactions with stakeholders, both internal and external.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Management, or related discipline).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.,Proven track record of successful team management and leadership.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices is a plus.
