📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Inspect and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.,Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment.,Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise with the equipment and facilities.,Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.,Ensure that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.,Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities and inspections.,Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Familiarity with maintenance procedures and techniques.,Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Willingness to travel and work overtime when necessary.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.Experience with maintenance software and tools.Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
