📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Sales Consultant in achieving sales targets and quotas.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Assist in the promotion and display of products in the store.
  • Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
  • Assist in the training and development of new team members.
  • Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales.
  • Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and stocked with the necessary products.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of retail sales techniques and strategies.
  • Familiarity with sales software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to lift and move products up to 20 lbs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
