📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.,Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Manage kitchen budgets and optimize food costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Knowledge of local and international cuisine.,Valid cooking license and food handler certification.
