📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and negotiation of procurement documents and contracts.,Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify the best suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Monitor and track procurement activities to ensure timely delivery and compliance with company policies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations for management.,Support the procurement team in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and initiatives.,Assist in the coordination of procurement activities with internal departments and external suppliers.,Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as needed.
