📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specific section within the company,Developing and implementing strategies to improve section performance,Managing a team of employees, providing guidance and support,Ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard,Monitoring section budgets and financial performance,Collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals,Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that arise within the section,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or management role,Strong understanding of the industry and relevant market trends,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Knowledge of financial management and budgeting,Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
