📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for our customers.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer orders.,Ensure that all food is prepared to the required standards of quality, presentation, and cost.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff.,Keep up-to-date with current food trends and techniques.,Ensure that all food is cooked to the correct temperature and served at the right time.,Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.,Familiarity with a variety of cooking techniques and methods.,Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.,Good knowledge of Indonesian and English language.
