📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.,Manage and mentor a team of production staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of supplies.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain product standards.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Develop and implement production schedules to meet daily targets.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for all staff.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid certification in pharmacy or a related field.
