Asian Trails is seeking a dynamic and experienced MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and Leisure Groups Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of group tours, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, coordinate, and execute group tours, ensuring all itineraries are met and client expectations are exceeded.,Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice and recommendations.,Manage and supervise a team of tour guides and support staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.,Monitor group budgets and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met and reporting to management as required.,Organize and manage group accommodations, transportation, and activities, ensuring all arrangements are made in advance.,Handle client inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to group travel.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and innovations into group tour planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in the MICE or leisure travel industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role.,Strong knowledge of Bali and other popular travel destinations, including local customs, cultures, and attractions.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with travel industry software and systems, such as GDS (Global Distribution System) and CRS (Customer Relationship System).,Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as the role may require occasional travel to group destinations.
