📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Maintain a strong employer brand and represent the company as a recruitment ambassador.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
