Sentosa Electronics is looking for a dedicated and experienced Cashier Clinic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing clinic transactions, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our clinic's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily clinic transactions, including cash handling, credit card payments, and insurance claims.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient bills and receipts.,Provide excellent customer service to patients, answering their queries and resolving any issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, ensuring all records and documents are up-to-date.,Assist in inventory management by updating stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.,Collaborate with the clinic staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.,Handle any cashier-related emergencies or issues that may arise during clinic hours.,Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all data protection and privacy regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a cashier or related role, preferably in a clinic or healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using computer software, including accounting and inventory management systems.,Good understanding of local laws and regulations related to healthcare and finance.,Familiarity with insurance claims processing is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
