📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulations.,Provide safety training and education to employees and guests.,Investigate and report accidents and near-misses to prevent future incidents.,Maintain and update safety documentation and records.,Collaborate with management to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.,Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures.,Promote a safety culture throughout the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a safety-related role.,Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., OH&S, OHSAS 18001, etc.) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in English and Indonesian.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
