📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow the company's client base in the Nusa Dua, Bali region.,Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.,Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
