📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.,Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and purchases.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.,Promote products and special offers to customers.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Work collaboratively with the retail team to achieve daily sales targets.,Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or retail environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).,High school diploma or equivalent.
