This is a remote position based in Bali, with opportunities to work in various locations including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP BIM modelling and a passion for creating innovative and efficient building solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain detailed MEP BIM models for various projects.,Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient design solutions.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Provide technical support and training to junior team members.,Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends.,Participate in project reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations.,Conduct quality checks and ensure the accuracy of BIM models.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building Services Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP BIM modelling.,Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM software.,Strong understanding of MEP systems and building codes.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.,Knowledge of Indonesian building regulations and standards.
