📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Train and mentor junior staff on operational best practices.,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges as they arise.,Work closely with the management team to achieve operational goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
