📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of tea plantations,Ensure that all safety regulations and guidelines are followed,Monitor and maintain the quality of tea leaves,Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency,Work closely with the team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget,Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns,Provide guidance and support to junior staff members,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of tea plantation management and best practices,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and guidelines,Proficient in the use of relevant software and tools,Ability to travel and work in remote locations
