📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and design job descriptions to attract the right candidates.,Source and attract candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and fit for the role.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to finalize hiring decisions and onboard new employees.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Maintain accurate records of recruitment and training activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and training, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR tools.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and business practices is a plus.
