📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting job analysis and designing job descriptions to ensure clarity and alignment with organizational goals.
• Managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and local job boards.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Facilitating employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting exit interviews, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees to support their professional development.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS like BambooHR or Workday.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of HR-related projects, such as training programs and employee engagement initiatives.
• Staying informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to managers and employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Familiarity with HRIS like BambooHR, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with employees and managers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR practices or a related field is a plus.
