Based in Canggu, you'll work closely with our development team to curate a diverse and high-quality selection of restaurants, cafes, and bars. Your mission is to create a vibrant and exclusive dining scene that reflects the luxury and sophistication of SUTALA.

Every day, you'll be immersed in the dynamic world of hospitality and culinary arts, leveraging your extensive network and industry knowledge to identify and secure top-tier F&B partners. You'll collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the tenants into the development's vision.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source and negotiate with potential F&B tenants, ensuring they align with SUTALA's luxury and exclusivity standards.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify emerging culinary and hospitality trends.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international F&B operators, chefs, and restaurateurs.
• Assist in the pre-opening phase by coordinating tenant onboarding, including lease agreements, branding, and menu development.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure tenant spaces are designed and built to meet their specific requirements.
• Monitor tenant performance and provide feedback to ensure ongoing success and satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with local regulations, permits, and licensing requirements for F&B operations.
• Represent Nuanu Real Estate at industry events, networking opportunities, and culinary showcases.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B tenant curation, leasing, or hospitality development.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and securing high-quality F&B tenants.
• Strong understanding of the local F&B market in Bali, including trends, preferences, and competition.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools, such as CRM systems, project management tools, and design software.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
