📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring that all procedures and protocols are followed correctly.
• Develop and implement care plans for mothers and newborns, in collaboration with the medical team.
• Monitor and evaluate the health status of patients, and intervene as needed to address any issues.
• Provide education and support to mothers on postpartum care, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
• Lead and mentor the nursing team, ensuring that they are well-trained and competent in their roles.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure that the nursery is functioning efficiently and effectively.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to maintain high standards of care.
• Ensure that the nursery is compliant with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a nursery or postpartum care setting.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Knowledge of postpartum care, newborn care, and breastfeeding support.
