📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize warehouse operations, including inventory control and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Implement and enforce best practices for warehouse safety, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high levels of performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role in logistics.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, order fulfillment, and logistics operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar quality management principles is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
