📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and legally compliant workplace environment.
• Assist in conducting employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Conduct investigations into workplace issues, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
• Develop and implement HR programs and policies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Provide guidance on employee benefits and compensation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with the legal department to ensure all HR activities are legally compliant.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or legal compliance, preferably in a tech company.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using HR management systems such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with legal documentation and compliance processes is a plus.
