📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our healthcare products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare industry.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer engagement and increase sales.
- Manage our social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with healthcare professionals.
- Provide regular reports on marketing activities and performance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
