📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the end-to-end Employment Pass (EP) process, including visa applications, work permits, and other immigration-related tasks.
• Coordinate with HR teams and international employees to ensure a smooth and efficient mobility experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest immigration laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Use tools like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Concentrix's internal mobility portal to streamline the process.
• Provide exceptional customer service to international employees and address their mobility-related concerns.
• Collaborate with local partners and service providers to ensure compliance and efficiency in the mobility process.
• Monitor and report on mobility metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about best practices in global mobility and share knowledge with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Relations, or a related field.
• Certified Global Mobility Professional (GMP) or equivalent experience in global mobility.
• 3-5 years of experience in global mobility, expatriate services, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian immigration laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar HRIS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
