📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective Chinese language lessons for preschool students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters students' curiosity and love for the Chinese language.
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of our diverse student body.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and resources for Chinese language education.
  • Organize and participate in school events and activities that promote the learning of Chinese.
  • Promote cultural understanding and appreciation through the integration of Chinese traditions and customs into the curriculum.
  • Work closely with parents and guardians to support students' language development and overall education.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Chinese Language, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Chinese, with the ability to teach the language effectively.
  • Understanding of early childhood development and educational best practices.
  • Experience working in an international school setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a diverse student body.
