📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of cooperative management software such as KoperasiGo or KoperasiKu.
• Develop and execute operational improvement plans to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead the development and implementation of mobile banking solutions to improve member access and convenience.
• Conduct data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with the board of directors and management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that support the cooperative's mission and values.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development to ensure that our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to drive innovation and growth.
• Represent the cooperative at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and advance our cooperative's mission.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the cooperative against key performance indicators to ensure that we are meeting our strategic goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cooperative management, financial services, or a related field.
